In-stock items should be shipped within 3 to 4 days via UPS, and products that are temporarily out of stock will usually be shipped within 10 to 14 business days.
Returns will be accepted under certain conditions. If the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped (and the mistake was made by the shipper), the customer will not be charged for return shipping costs. We encourage customers to pay close attention to fitting charts to avoid returns for reason of fit. But if an item must be returned because it does not fit properly, it should be sent to Kirk Scuba. Email us at diverdown@kirkscubagear.com for details on returning items that do not fit properly. If the product is returned for any other reason than stated in this paragraph, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.Products must be returned in their original packing box and include all related literature. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged (by the customer) or appears to have been used. Products come from the United States. For my Canadian customers, USPS International is the choice of shipping to avoid brokerage fees. USPS International shipping method does not apply to Canadian P.O. Box Numbers.
